Core Studio brings a new concept to Health & Fitness in Dubai. We have pulled the plug on the cardio equipment that bores us all to tears, thrown out the weight machines that take up all the floor space and provided an all singing, all dancing work out studio that provides what 76% of people attending the gym on a regular basis actually go for, and it's twice as fun.
Core Studio has developed a brand new range of fitness classes offering over 200 time slots a month, multiple class options, and workouts that you can't sign up for anywhere else in Dubai!
Whether you prefer indoors or outdoors, a high intensity workout to music or a tranquil park session to the sound of the birds, we have something for you.
Our classes will have you spinning, bending, bouncing, stretching, jumping, punching and pumping...our mission, to create a brand new you!

CORE STUDIO GREEN COMMUNITY BRINGS YOU DIVA!!!
Core Direction health club in the Green Community will be launching its D.I.V.A. (Dance Infused Vertical Aerobics) classes September 13th 2011.
Core DIVA is a pioneering form of exercise in the Middle East. D.I.V.A. Classes are brought to you in association with Dubai's leading exercise and fitness provider Core Direction and represent the ultimate in focused workouts.
D.I.V.A. classes more commonly referred to as pole fitness or vertical dance and are fantastic for increasing core strength and flexibility, improving co-ordination and boosting confidence. The classes will help you master the black art of elegant, jaw dropping pole routines in a safe, fun and structured class environment.
D.I.V.A. classes are tailored for beginner (Ruby) intermediate (Pearl) and advanced (Diamond) students with locally recognised awards at every level. There is even the chance to further your skills and become a D.I.V.A. instructor through our education programme.
Classes will be held at Core Direction Green Community studio and are on a first come first serve basis. There will be more classes and venues added soon so please send us your contact details and we will keep you up to date.
