Tarek believes that personal training sessions should be organic; they should develop around the individual needs of clients. In order to prevent monotonous training he uses various techniques and tools such as TRX, Kettlebell, BOSU, VIPR, Swiss ball and boxing in creative ways, often combining them to create interesting yet challenging workouts. He is passionate about CrossFit and circuit training and uses his knowledge and experience of these effectively.

Charlotte studied at the leading sports University in the UK and travelled the world as International Fitness Director onboard Britain's largest luxury cruise liner! Charlotte believes in fitness & healthy living wholeheartedly and is passionate about people who want to be part of it. Whatever the goal weight loss, toning or sport specific, Charlotte will use her science background in exercise, sports & nutrition to have you doing back flips in no time.
