What classes can I do at Core Studio?
Core Studio offers a huge variety of classes, from high intensity aerobics to low intensity Yoga and Pilates. We offer a host of Les Mills classes and are always adding the latest innovations to our timetable. To see exact classes and timings, check out the a class timetable of your nearest Core Studio
Where can I find your class timetable?
All timetables are downloadable in PDF from our website at www.corestudiome.com
What is the payment structure?
There are two options for paying for classes. The first is pay per session at 50dhs per class where no pre-booking is permitted. Alternatively purchase 10 sessions for 450dhs (45dhs per class) where 24hr pre booking is allowed
What is a 10 session card?
A 10 session card is the purchase of 10 pre paid sessions/classes with Core Studio at 450dhs
How long are my sessions valid for?
All 10 session purchases are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase
How can I purchase my 10 sessions for Core Studio classes?
You can buy your sessions online through our online payment portal at www.corestudiome.com or at any Core Studio by card, cheque or cash
How do I book classes?
By phone or text. All booking line numbers are listed on the Contact Us page at www.corestudiome.com
What is the class cancelation policy?
If you call more than 1 hour before your class, your class will be re-credited to your 10 session balance
What happens if I don't turn up for my booked class & dont cancel?
Failure to attend a pre-booked class will result in the forfeit of that session. There is no pre booking for pay per session
Can I get a refund on my 10 sessions?
The 10 sessions has a no refund policy
Can I give my remaining sessions to a friend if I cannot use them?
You are able to transfer your remaining sessions to a friend by notifying any Core Studio of the change
Can I share my card with a friend?
Your card must be registered to a single person. You may share the card as long as the registered 10 session owner is present at booking
Is there a monthly payment option?
Core Studio previously ran a monthly payment option, but has since migrated to the new 10 session system. The monthly payment option no longer exists and only old members who were previously on this system are allowed to continue with it
Do you offer free trial class?
One free trial is allocated per person in order to gauge whether they like the facility or not. No more than one class is allowed
Do I have to pay a joining fee if I pay for 10 sessions or per class basis?
There is no joining fee for 10 session purchases or pay per session

Is there space to park my car?
There is no allocated parking in our Dubai Marina branch although street parking is available. All other Core Studios have parking directly outside
Do you have Ladies Only classes?
Core Studio is a mixed gender studio. As such, most of our classes are mixed. For ladies only classes please see our timetable at www.corestudiome.com as it is continually changing
How do I know if your instructors are qualified?
A copy of all instructors qualifications is held at all Core Studios behind reception
Do you have any gym equipment?
Core Studio is a group exercise studio only and has no cardio, strength machines or free weights besides those used in our classes
What facilities do you have in the studio?
Core Studios are extremely functional and only offer toilets, lockers and the studio itself. Our Dubai Marina branch has shower facilities
Can someone assess my body before I join the studio?
Core Studio is affiliated with MediCentres and Dubai Herbal & Treatment Centre, both of which offer the body analysis at 100dhs per weigh-in
Do you offer pregnancy classes?
We offer anti-natal classes in most of our facilities. Please see our timetables at www.corestudiome.com to confirm
How long are your classes?
Core Studio classes are usually 1 hour long although we do offer 45 minute power morning sessions in some of our locations. Please see our timetables at www.corestudiome.com for details

How much is my monthly membership?
Peak memberships are 350dhs and off peak memberships are 250dhs
What is a Peak Membership?
Peak membership allows you access to all timetabled classes at any Core Studio
What is an Off Peak Membership?
Off Peak Membership allows you access to any morning, weekend and outdoor classes at any Core Studio
Who do I contact for cancelling my membership?

Who do I contact for freezing my membership?
Membership freezing should be sent to accounts_coredirection.com
What are your membership freezing policies?
Members my freeze their memberships at 20% of their monthly fee, once a year for between 1 and 3 months only
What is you class cancelation policy?
Failure to cancel your class attendance with 1+ hours notice on more than 3 occasions will result in the termination of your membership
What are your payment policies?
Failure to pay your membership fees within 15 days of their due date will result in the cancellation of your membership
